Educational Material Resource Vendors
Our Educational Facilitators place orders for books and supplies through our Educational Material Resource (EMR) vendors. Because of our wide variety of vendors, facilitators are able to optimize parent choice and address the unique learning style of each student.
Vendor Course Instructors
To enhance learning, Dehesa's growing network of Vendor Course Instructors (VCI) offer instruction to our students. By partnering with the community, our students are able to maximize their learning with a variety of classes and tutors. Students enjoy dance, horseback-riding, music lessons, and more with our qualified instructors
Assessments and Learning
Assessment should be connected to learning in a meaningful way, and at DCS we use a spectrum of methods to assist parents and teachers in providing a first-rate educational experience for our students. Please see our assessments page to learn about DCS assessments.
Enrichment Classes
Recognizing that students may need weekly feedback and assistance in certain subjects and that students may benefit from weekly interaction in a small group setting, Dehesa offers various enrichment classes for our students. This alternative to the traditional classroom setting is perfect for those parents and students who would like the additional assistance in our personalized educational approach.
