Graduation Requirements:
Not sure where to begin? Download the typical sequence of high school courses [PDF] handout to use as a guide.
Dehesa Charter School 's graduation requirements [PDF] meet and exceed the state requirements for high school graduation. However, college-bound students should consider a special university-bound graduation program.
University-bound graduation requirements are for students who plan to attend a university or college after graduating from high school.
Students may recieve college credits with concurrent enrollment. To find our more, please review Dehesa Charter School's policies and procedures on concurrent enrollment through a local Community College.

Students and families should consult with their Educational Facilitator and a Academic Counselor when deciding on a graduation plan.
All students are required to pass both sections of the California High School Exit Examination (CAHSEE) to receive a diploma. Students who do not pass the exam will receive a Certificate of Completion upon satisfying their course work requirement.
High School Exit & Equivalency Exams:
The California High School Proficiency Exam ( CHSPE ) is an exam that, if passed, is the legal equivalent of a high school diploma. The student will receive a Certificate of Proficiency. |
