Executive Director Terri Novacek
Ms. Novacek has worked in education nearly thirty years.

It was then that her educational philosophy experienced a great transformation as she witnessed how much more inspiring and effective education can be when it is personalized to the student. She began working with DCS in 2002 and has served in multiple roles and regions.
